How do I reserve a studio for a certain time?

When you are purchasing a session from our shop. Add in the description the time and date you want for your session. One of our team members will contactyou within the following 24 hours in order to confirm or reschedule for another session.

I missed my session, how do I reschedule?

Please contact us at your earliest convenience in order reschedule for an available slot. Rescheduling fees may apply. There’s an issue with my recording If there is an issue with your recording or delivered file. Please contact us at your earliest convenience in order to help you resolve it or send you a corrected file.

I forgot my login info, how do I restore it?
